Fees: Our normal management fee is 10% of each months collected rents, with a minimum of $75 per house.

This includes:

• Collection of rent

• Service of tenant notices

• Appearance at eviction court

• Repairs handled as owner directs

• Arranging advertising at vacancy

• Showing properties available for rent

• Screening applications, writing of lease agreement, addendums, collection of deposits, transfer of utilities

• Regular inspections

• Deposit refund evaluation and statement

• Preparing property for re-rent

• Monthly statement to owner(s)

• 24 hr. service for any emergency needs

• Maintenance of records of all contracts, warranties and other items important to the verification of services performed on the property.

Other services available:

• Lease Only Fee: for the owner that wants to manage their own property but needs assistance on the rental process: first months rent
